Goals and tasks
At first you define main goal which should be reached due to the automatization of business processes. After that, together with you, we make analysis of present situation in your company and existing business-processes, and then we define a sphere of tasks which are necessary to accomplish for achievement of your goal. When all tasks are clear, we propose you ways of their accomplishing.
As a result of this stage we will have clear understanding of:
- to what we should come as a result
- what it is necessary to make for this purpose
- how it will be achieved
Technical requirements and the Contract
When the purposes, tasks and ways of their accomplishing are certain, we create the detailed list of the System's requirements, and also define the development's terms and cost. All the technical requirements will be discussed with you, and all necessary corrections, if any, will be added. After all the requrements are clear and dicusseds a result fter that? youwillbe propsedtosign coordination of the technical requirements are verified, you will be proposed to sign the Contract.
Development process
After the Contract is signed, we begin the development of your System. This, however, doesn't mean that we stop contacting you until the very moment when we hand over the brand new System to you. As practice shows, such an erroneous way of work in 90% of cases results in loss of both money and time.
During the development process, we use the iterative approach. The whole process gets divided into several stages, and the cycle "Development – Introduction – Training" repeats as many times as needed until the System starts operating smootly without fail. Only this approach prevents from mistakes and helps capture and tune in real time all the subtleties and nuances of automated processes.
System installation and training of employees
When the system is built, we install it and test all its modules in the operating mode. After these tests, the System is ready for use.
All employees should pass the training to adjust their work with the System.
Launching the System
At first, we launch the System the system in a test mode. The System thus works at its maximum power, and we pay careful attention on it , checking its working capacity, revealing all possible defects and examining the System's compliance to the given tasks. As a result, if necessary, we carry out theSystem's modification.
After that, we launch the System in the normal operating mode. The development and installation are successfully completed!
Maintenance
As any mechanism, your information system requires maintenance and technical care. If you wish, we can provide all necessary technical support with our aids.
In the near future, we can also provide your System with timely upgrades. Please keep in mind that your System should keep being developed as long as your business grows!
